When do i place an pre-order?
Pre-Orders can be placed online 24/7. They must be placed by 6pm, 2 days before your desired pick-up time. EX: To pick up Friday 2-3pm order by Wednesday 6pm You can also place an order in-store or by phone with one of our team members.
When will my meals by ready?
Pre-orders are ready Tuesday-Wednesday-Friday depending on date order was placed. Be sure to select which pickup day you would like on your order. To pick up TUESDAY- order by Sunday. To pick up WEDNESDAY order by MONDAY. To pick up FRIDAY order by WEDNESDAY. Order anytime 24/7 and indicate pickup date in notes. (At least 2 days out)
Can you accommodate my food allergy?
Yes! Please make sure to place any food allergies or preferences in the comment section of your order. If you need to change any of those details please email us at erin@1031meals.com when you order. This will give us ample time to plan accordingly.
do you have a walk-in store location?
Yes! We have a cafe that features lunch daily from 10:30AM- 2:30PM. This is also where you pick up pre-orders. Each day we offer meals in keto as well as clean category. Grab and Go is hit or miss based on business so pre-ordering is your best bet! But feel free to come shop the coolers and see what we have that day!

Cafe Location: 3201 Hillcrest Road - Inside Inside the Connie Hudson Senior Center (open to public! Not just for Seniors!) Walk straight in front door and go stright back to glassed in Cafe area! We offer a hot bar as well as a daily menu of made to order burgers, pizzas, chicken wings, and sandwiches.
Hours: Monday - Friday | 10:30AM - 2:30 PM CLOSED WEEKENDS
where is the pick-up location?
The address for pickup orders is above. West Mobile- 3201 Hillcrest Road. Your order will be ready after 1pm on your pickup day and at the time you selected. This is starting 48 hours after your order was placed. Please call 251.208.6212 if you need assistance in locating us. Don't forget to bring a cooler when you pick-up your order!
when can i pick-up my meals?
You can pick up your meals beginning at 2PM Tuesday-Friday, 2 days after your order is placed. We will keep your order in stock for 2 days after your scheduled pick-up delivery time. For example, Order by Sunday at 6PM to pick up after 2PM on Tuesday. Or order by Tuesday 6PM to pick up after 2PM Thursday. Orders placed after 6PM are considered part of the next day's orders. So if you order at 9PM on Monday, that is really a Tuesday placed order.

Nutrition information can be seen by clicking each meal. You will see the calories, carbs, protein, and fat numbers listed on each item.
