When do i place an pre-order?

Pre-Orders can be placed online 24/7. They must be placed by 6pm, 3 days before your desired pick-up time. EX: To pick up Friday 3-6pm order by Tuesday 6pm   You can also place an order in-store or by phone with one of our team members.

When will my meals by ready?

Pre-orders are ready Monday -Saturday depending on date order was placed.  Be sure to select which pickup day you would like on your order. Sunday schedule is different.  For more information on pick-up or delivery, CLICK HERE.

I need to change my order from pick-up to delivery (or vice versa), what do i do?

Please send an email to erin@1031meals.com or call 251.622.6380 and we will be in touch shortly to make arrangements. 

Can you accommodate my food allergy?

Yes! Please make sure to place any food allergies or preferences in the comment section of your order. If you need to change any of those details please email us at erin@1031meals.com when you order. This will give us ample time to plan accordingly.

do you have a walk-in store location?

Yes! We have a selection from your menu available weekly so that you can grab a meal on the go or you can stay awhile and enjoy a made to order meal at our cafe!

where is the pick-up location?

The address for pickup orders is 744 Museum Drive. Your order will be ready after 2pm on your pickup day. This is usually 48 hours after your order was placed. Please call 251.622.6380 if you need assistance in locating us. Don't forget to bring a cooler when you pick-up your order!

when can i pick-up my meals?

You can pick up your meals beginning at 3 PM Monday-Saturday, 3 days after your order is placed.  We will keep your order in stock for 2 days after your scheduled pick-up delivery time. For example, Order by Sunday at 6PM to pick up after 3 PM on Wednesday.  Or order by Tuesday 6PM to pick up after 3 PM Friday.  Orders placed after 6PM are considered part of the next day's orders.  So if you order at 9PM on Monday, that is really a Tuesday order.  

when will you deliver my meals?

Delivery is available:

  • Monday -Saturday and on our new Interstate Delivery Trucks.  Don't see your city listed?  Email us to add your location once you have a group of 5!

Fees do apply based on zip code. If you do not live within the current boundaries, please do not hesitate to ask and we will be happy to discuss options to accommodate you.

What is the nutrition information for your meals?

Nutrition information can be seen by clicking each meal. You will see the calories, carbs, protein, and fat numbers listed on each item.

How do I heat my food?

What kind of SAndwich meat do you use?

All sliced meats we use in our Kid's meals and our wraps are antibiotic and nitrate free!

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Purchase an e-Gift Card for use in-store,at 744 Museum Drive, or via phone at 251-622-6380. Gift Card can be used for "A La Carte" items and Meal Plan pre-orders! To use your gift card for meals online, just go to the site and choose your meals and phone the order in to one of our team members.  You can order gift cards HERE
