Frequently Asked Questions

how do i place an order for meals?

Orders can be placed online 24/7. They must be placed by 10pm, the day before your desired pick-up or delivery.   

When will my meals by ready?

Orders are ready Monday-Saturday depending on date order was placed. When you start your order choose pickup or delivery and choose the date.  Meals can be ordered up to 28 days in advance. 

Can you accommodate my food allergy?

Yes! Please make sure to place any food allergies or preferences in the comment section of your order. If you need to change any of those details please email us at info@1031meals.com when you order. This will give us ample time to plan accordingly.

do you have a walk-in store location?

Not right now, but we will have the brick and mortar open again in the spring.  For now we only offer pickup and delivery to your door!  Delivery is free on orders of $30 or more!

where is the pick-up location?

The default pickup location is CrossFit Mobile on Grelot Rd.  You can also choose to pick up at Rooted and GRounded Coffee House in Midtown.  There is a selection on the drop down menu of the ordering page for Rooted and Grounded.

when can i pick-up my meals?

Pickup times are listed on the order page for both locations. Any changes to hours will be posted there.

when will you deliver my meals?

Delivery is available:

  • Monday-Friday 4pm-6pm.  Choose the day and time at the start of your order.  Delivery is free for orders over $30

What is the nutrition information for your meals?

Nutrition information can be seen by clicking each meal. You will see the calories, carbs, protein, and fat numbers listed on each item. If the info is not listed for your item just email us at info@1031meals.com and we will send to you and be sure to add to site.
